2013 focus st sync 2 to sync 3.4 updated, now my swc phone controls dont work and have DTC

after upgrading everything seams to be working however, on start up I get an error that the nav is not working and about 5 seconds later maps appear and work fine, I also cant control the sync phone system with the right hand swc switches. I ran scanner and have APIM codes b119F:13-0B, APIM U0140:00-0B and APIM U2101:00-01. Help please

  1. the NAV issue sounds like either a bad GPS or you have a faux NAV APIM (NA units are 32Gb which is way more space than the 8Gb non-NAV) which someone has tried to turn into a NAV.
  2. Where did you source the APIM config from? You cannot use the existing factory AB for the vehicle as its built for a different OS/hardware.

i got unit from a wrecking yard out of a 2017 ford escape, ( was told anything above 2016 would work for the carplay, which works fine)I also uploade Naviupgrade APIM software using forscan

Sounds like a config issue or a bad APIM.
