2016 Ford tarus vent controls are not working

Updated from 3.0 to 3.4 everything went great but I can’t control my vents. Looked through the forum just wondering if I missed something. I did do a hard reset but I haven’t unhooked my battery yet. I’m at work just brainstorming for when I get home.

I did unhook the battery and it didnt help

How are the air vents controlled? for a 2016 model i’d assume these are physical controls, therefore not likely to be relayed to the update.

Gotta be an AB or wiring issue.
