For the most basics of installs for your case, you need to download the APPS package for 8 inches NU5T-14G381-AD, which you did for the manual update I believe…
From the previous link, you can download the autoinstall.lst file required as well.
You place the package inside the SyncMyRide forlder and the autoinstall.lst on the USB’s root and that’s it.
Before moving forward, confirm which package is currently installed. Read APIM Interrogator Utility/Create Interrogator Log, run it against the unit, and provide the XML file produced.
