Instalation wont start. I checked few USB drivrrs etc.

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 3.4.23088

New SYNC Version: 3.4.23188

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
This update won’t start, prevouse updates ( versions between 3.4.23088 and 3.4.23188) were displaing me PKG_ERR04
