4 inch software on 10 inch display

Hello I have a little problem with my Sync 3 on a Lincoln Navigator MY17. I updatet the APIM unit with the Syn3 Updater everything worked fine but i have a 10 inch display and it displays me only 4 inch. I regret to tell you, i dont have any Logs… I loadet the factery AS-build but nothing is different. I downgradet to a other version but the screen stays small. do You have any ideas, what i can try? Thans and greetings from Switzerland

You just need to use forscan to change the theme to a 10inch variant

Thanks for the the quick answer, but do you know the Location and what i need to change? I found nothing in the database.

At work, search for theme in the sync 3 asbuilt database.

A 2017 Lincoln Navigator never came with a 10" screen. The only option was an 8" screen and was a standard option. They also all came with Navigation.

If you had Sync 3.0, you have an 8" screen, as Sync 3.0 does not support the larger screens. Anyways, you will need to change the Visual Themes Sync Version to Sync 3.4 .

If for some reason you do have a 10" screen, the setting would be:
