I just updated my 2013 Flex to 3.0. Everything went well except I do not have climate controls, heated/cooled seats or the clock. I also forgot my usb hub on my desk so I have not installed that yet to be able to go to 3.4.

Did you do a Master Reset after installation?

Yes. I did not have any audio control at first. After the reset, audio control worked fine.

Climate control will not work properly on a CGEA 1.2 vehicle upgraded to Sync 3.0. There is no settings to make this work.

A 2013 Flex came with Sync 2 so this is a Retrofit. Copy your settings from a 2017 Flex as those had the same wiring and came with Sync 3.
