Application Crash during the DOWNLOAD

during the process of of download the package it fails and crash the application with the following messages:

This is an issue with downloading the files, not something we can fix as the issue is on your network/computer side. one thing to note is to make sure the “Download Connections” is not set to a odd number as this is a known issue which will break the app.

The connection is set to 2 and no network issue so far everything connects and i can download from other sites, normal, also try it on a separate computer and the same

Even using a HostSpot totally different network still getting the same error, on a Windows 11 Home Edition pc, is not even registering the error on the event viewer, also disable the firewall on the computer did nothing

Yes I agree, the issue is actually with the way Dropbox has changed stuff, it’s crashing my app when trying to download the Reformat Tool… Stand by…

Issue has been fixed in v2.10.7, please restart application to get the latest update!
