My apps such as ford-alexa, pandora, and iheartradio no longer show up at all.
I performed multiple master reset and uninstalled and reinstalled the apps.

Gotta ask but they are installed on your phone right? and did you plug the phone in or just via Bluetooth? And apps are turned on in SYNC right?
Yes apps are installed on the phone. I never had experience until I started using android auto for the past 8 month. The system used to work like a charm, but now nothing shows up.
You can’t have android auto and the ford sync apps it’s one or the other I’m afraid
