It's activated by pressing the disp button once but you will likely need your modules configuration updated with someone with UCDS
Method 2 and method 1 EU are the same files. You can look through the russian forum thread to find the required files.

The modules need to be flashed with new updated configuration this is not something forscan can do, the experimental version of forscan can do this but i would recommend against using forscan to do this in it's current experimental state, a UCDS device can do this.
what does your display (the one between your dials) look like?
appoligies but i misread this, the dab option will need to be enabled either via forscan or ucds, assuming ofcourse that you have DAB
