Did you get an interrogator log once it was cleared?, if so share it please so that we can confirm that.
What type of install was that?. Do you have the log?, if so, share it please.
Do you have Forscan and an adapter?, if so share the APIM’s asbuilt viewed through Forscan.
If the unit has not shown image since, try performing a module reset via Forscan. If that’s not possible, consider unplugging the battery for a few hours to force a cold start on the modules.
