Hello peeps. I would like to thank Cyanlabs for their excellent software and continued support.
I upgraded to 3.4.26057 but have since read that this is a dealer only version. I have not experienced any problems with tihs version, however I would like to roll back to 3.4.23188 since this is an official release.
I have used Syn3 2.14.2.0 and updated the current version installed to 3.4.26057 and input the new version I want to roll back to, 3.4.23188 and keep existing maps, but the Syn3 software downloads 3.4.26057 files. This was confirmed when I completed the install and noticed the version number had not changed. I also noticed that the Syn3 software shows the APPS package version as 3.4.26057 when selecting 3.4.23188.

Can someone help?

Thanks.

Also noticed the full version list under car configuration does not list version 3.4.23188.

Yep, that’s known and not that relevant, as users can manually input any version.

I would like to understand why it is quoted as below posts. Shall I leave as 3.4.26057 or downgrade to 3.4.23188?

Also this has been quoted

> [@SYNC 3.4.26057 unstable on 2017 Ford Focus – CarPlay crashing, lagging and freezing](https://community.cyanlabs.net/t/sync-3-4-26057-unstable-on-2017-ford-focus-carplay-crashing-lagging-and-freezing/27528/6):

Builds between 21265 & 23188 are affected by the RWData partition bug Personally I’d stay on 21265 since that release was clean across all Sync3/3.4 APIMS, you should be running your factory AB.

So, for a MY18.5 Kuga what version do you suggest is the best/stable version to install?

Sorry to be a pain but I think it may require clarification so that others can understand what version is best/stable for their vehicle.

Many thanks for your patience. 🙃

As I said above regarding non-Sync 3.4 native APIMs. “I would also not go any higher than 3.4.23188 on a NAV APIM or 3.4.21265 on a non-NAV APIM”.

Basically if the car is older than 2019, follow the above.

I have 3 cars that are 2018 and 26057 has worked perfect in all of them.

There is no problem going up to 26057. Many opinions but no real problems.

Same with me, no issues with my 2017 Escape.

Uploaded from 3.4.23188 to 3.4.26057 months ago with Cyanlabs and have never experienced any problems.

Since we are talking about this, I agree: if you do not see any issues, why would you downgrade?.

All versions accesible through Syn3udater are official releases…
