Can't get rid of pop up "Installing updates. Do not remove USB.. blah blah blah..." almost every startup

Hello everyone.
Trying to get rid of that anoying pop up that I see and have to press on touchscreen almost everytime I start my Ford C-max. The popup was before update and stayed after update with reformat. After updating tried remove and readd Garcenotes with autoinstall, did nothing too. What else do I missing? Please help.

Did you do a master reset after your upload of the latest version?

For the Sync app ONLY.

Downgrade the Sync version to 3.4.21265 and then back to 3.4.23188. For some reason the update flag is not clearing.

Yes I did. Nothing changed.

I do this with USB flash created with Sync3 Updater with lower version and in options change install mode to “downgrade” ?

The storage looks fine, but the Interrogator Utility doesn’t pick up your asbuilt info. Looking at your OEM asbuilt, The Sync 3 APIM should be a HP5T-14G371-CCA. Unfortunately you have a firmware version that is a known issue from Ford, GB5T-14G374-CB. This file should be replaced with GB5T-14G374-CD. You will need to use the paid license version of FORScan to program firmware. Or live with the notification…
