Clock, Navigation and Climate control do not work on SYNC3

I bought a car(Lincoln MKZ 2017) a week ago and saw that the car has some issues with SYNC, but I thought I’ll fix them easily through the updater. Unfortunately, after the update, and before that my SYNC does not respond to actions in the Climate control section. Also, I can not change the time, it’s always --:-- on the main screen on the top. The navigation section is black when I tap on it. Did someone have the same issue? Can I fix it using the updater or do I need to replace the APIM module?

I specified the old version as 3.4.22… cuz can not remember the exact version

Run the APIM Interrogator Utility in the Syn3 Updater and post the results here.

Does the climate control work thru the dash or button controls?
