I have registered and am logged in to the Cynlabs site. Going through the documentation I get to the step where I need to approve the Disclaimer Acceptance. The radio button that I need to move to signify that acceptance will not move. Using Edge Browser on a Win11 system. Also tried Chrome.
There’s no disclaimer on the website as far as I’m aware, it’s in the app. Can you share a link to what you are referring to?. My initial thought is that you are reading a guide or documentation page with screenshots.
I was reading the guide with screenshots. After turning on my adblocker I eliminated all the problem dowloaders that are all over the place so I could find the Sync 3 updater. I downloaded and installed the Sync 3 updater and was able to get past the Disclaimer Acceptance. I have the most recent version Sync 3.0.23219. I would just like to update the maps for my NA region. I generated a license key and entered it where required. When I get to the next page the version drop down only list 3.4 versions of Sync. I do not want to try that major step, I would just like to have a more up to version of the map. Map only option does not show as available. Perhaps I can’t do what I would like to do?
Unless you have a license for that on 3.0, you can’t.
Syn3updater only works for upgrading from 3.0 to 3.3/3.4, and upgrading while on 3.3 or 3.4. I strongly suggest reading the documentation.
