I tried to downgrade from 3.4 to 3.3 and when I used the software (Downloader), I received an installation error: PKG_ERR04
Thoughts?
There is a reason the application has a “downgrade” option, use it first then you can change to 3.3 if needed.
Don’t use the utility file if you have it in your autoinstall. There is a new version, the old one does not work with the newer updates.
When I downgrade, after it’s finished, it says to go back and select your desired version. Do I run the downgrade on the vehicle first, erase the USB then download the sync version, repeat install?
Yes you need to do each step then insert the usb in the car and do the next step
