----keeps asking for the USB and it was not removed went through all the steps was at 60% then failed on a file flashed real quick and red screen and lost the file it failed on

Without logs or image of the error is hard to assume what’s going on.
Can you replicate it and take some evidence?.
The log is on your UBS drive, you didn’t provide it.

If you want to try something, you can re-create the USB but without gracenotes.
If the issue is due to lack of space, that should solve it.
