Since upgrading from Sync 3 versions: 3.0.20204 Maps F6.1 to 3.4.23188 Maps F12 when asking for “Find an Address” I get a message back from Grace the goes something like, “That feature is not available, upgrade maps to enable that function”. I have since upgraded from F12 to F13 (2023) and then F13 (2024) but no change. Any ideas?

If you load all of the map and voice files for the NAV the problem will likely be resolved.

Only 1 voice file loaded.

Thanks, not sure how I just load specific files, is the a guide?

You can do it with Syn3 Updater. You will have to select the map voice files and make a usb just like you did for the maps but this is NOT using reformat, only autoinstall.

OK, did that, took over an hour to do the update. I did get and error message saying the install had failed, however, all the voice commands are all working so maybe it failed due to not loading maps etc. The is no XML file on the drive! Many thanks for your help.
