Ford pass not activating

2023 ford transit factory sync 3
Purchased 8” screen from ford Ecosport to allow access to apple CarPlay
Installed bigger screen into van
Turned van on screen showed as 4” on the 8” screen
Installed software same version 3.4.21194 using cyanlabs software.
Fordpass worked apple carplay was not working. Screen was now 8” and touchscreen was working. Just no apple CarPlay
Reset the radio to factory settings.
Did a master reset/hard reset back to factory settings.
Doing this seems to have lost fordpass….
I can activate it on my phone but nothing happens in the van on the radio. Just says activation in progress on my app.
Any ideas??

It’s better to wait and not keep clicking the activate button repeatedly. The activation process may take some time, and clicking the button multiple times creates a queue in the Ford servers. This queue causes a longer activation time for everyone, and it might take up to three weeks to activate. Therefore, it’s better to be patient and let the activation happen on its own.

Is there a way to clear it out? Seems bizarre it was working fine.
