Depends what version you have anything post 3.2 can be either way, note that the optional extras package is only App, no updated voice or gracenotes or logos etc.

You can update to 20021 and then downgrade to 19101 or 19200 if you have issues
Try a master reset, if that doesn't work forscan can change the logo back
I used this file yesterday and it worked fine, I would suggest confirming the md5 matches and potentially redownload and copy the file to the usb.
Every person that has had no gps has fixed it by tweaking there Apim as-built so keep trying.
