follow the entire process, updating maps can be hit or miss depending on licenses etc

I don't believe there is a way around this unfortunately.
I agree, i have changed the non nav packages to be 19200 now to prevent this issue.
As a strange work around try installing the 400mb version of 3.4.19200 https://ivsubinaries.azuree... this should in theory allow downgrading and is smaller than the standard 800mb package.
