Thanks, im not bothered by people asking loads of questions and you are right others can help to, it's more to do with people constantly messaging me till I reply and thinking I owe them something.
Yeah like Crazy said looks like for whatever reason it's using the wrong theme, forscan can fix that, testing settings will confirm it also
just upgrade to 20021 then use my optional extras to downgrade to 19101, but yes your way would also work, any 3.2,3.3 and 3.4 version should work.
unfortunately i don't know why some people are getting this issue, seems to be due to specific countries.
