Hello guys I have Ranger Raptor 2023 and fordPass was working fine until I did an update for APIM and now fordPass not working it says that my vehicle in fleet mode.
I checked Forscan TCU status is unprovisioned.
You should be under warranty. I would take it to a dealer.
Fordpass not working officially in middle east, we use american account to activate it, the dealer can’t help with is.
That TCU will not work outside the US. It is made to work on the AT&T network and it will not roam overseas. You will need to find a TCU from your area and replace it.
The TCU from the factory and I bought the car from a local dealer. fordpass was working with no issues until I updated the APIM it stopped working (Fleet vehicle).
I use us account for Fordpass not a us TCU.
