When starting the car there is always a warning message about using GPS while driving, is it possible to deactivate this via FORScan?

Do you mean a navigation failure message, or a warning about not using it whilst in motion?
If it is the navigation failure, you likely need to replace your antenna. If not, you cant fix that.

This can be disabled but only via hardware flash via emmc writer or private jailbreak (that we don’t have access to)
