I have a 2018 Ford F-150 Platinum. I just updated my SYNC from Build 23219 SYNC Version 3.0.23219 to Build 26057 a SYNC version from 2020 (I did not not pick the 2025 version because it was colored Red and thought I could/should not do so). I just realized I can and should have updated to the latest version which is from 2025. My system is still showing my SYNC is Version 3.0.23219 but it is not…it is the 2020 version of 3.4.
I am not sure of my new SYNC version, but this is what the screen in my F-150 says:
SYNC Version: 3.4
Build: 26057
Gracenote Version: 1.1.1.2323 (NA-0020)
Navigation Maps Version: NA 2 20
SYNC Serial Number (ESN): VW97051C
How can I go about reporting my updated version on here so I can then upgrade to the newer 2025 version correctly without getting an error? I have already wiped my USB clean but again, what can I do to report my newer version so I can properly update to the 2025 version with no error?
