Just use the Interrogator Utility in the Syn3 Updater to get the info. Also, make sure that automatic updates is enabled in the Sync APIM and perform a master reset and then check for updates. It may take a few hours for the owner portal to update after all this. This is not uncommon for the website to be out of sync. Make sure your FordPass is working, if equipped with a TCU.
Call Ford customer Service since that is their site. Nothing can be done with cyanlabs software to change this. Also if you go outside of Fords upgrade path for your vehicle than Ford will not reflect this.
