I have a problem with my Ford Fiesta

Hi everyone,

Who can explain to me why on the 2019 car I don’t have a sync version while on the 2018 car I have one?

You should know that the 2018 has the 6-inch screen and the 2019 has the 8-inch screen.

If no body can help me, I will make an appointment with the Ford dealership near my home.

Just use the Interrogator Utility in the Syn3 Updater to get the info. Also, make sure that automatic updates is enabled in the Sync APIM and perform a master reset and then check for updates. It may take a few hours for the owner portal to update after all this. This is not uncommon for the website to be out of sync. Make sure your FordPass is working, if equipped with a TCU.

If its Ford’s site, its an internal Ford issue for that VIN

Call Ford customer Service since that is their site. Nothing can be done with cyanlabs software to change this. Also if you go outside of Fords upgrade path for your vehicle than Ford will not reflect this.
