I replaced my APM with a new one from ford and can't get any sound from any speaker

i bought this truck back in feb it’s a 2021 F350 lariat crewcab with a 10 speaker B&O system and the radio would not turn on , diagnostics lead me right to the ACM so i pulled it out of the dash and popped the lid off of it and discovered a visably burnt chip on the PC board and repairing it was beyond my scope . i purchased a brand new one from ford they ran my vin# to make sure it was correct as well as the part # on the core i turned in, I opened the box and it was a refurb from united radio ? ok fair enough . getting my AB data from the old one was impossible so i downloaded my AB data from the ford site .entered each line manually in the 727-01-01 thru to 727-04-08 address boxes with forscan clicked write ( which it did ) but i have no audio button still either on the radio or the knob button and no sound thru any speaker , the nav works including the search , the bluetooth works , the compass on the dash works .im a little stumped i have rebooted the APIM & ACM also the DSP ,i have checked the fuses / disconnted the batteries / double checked the write to the ACM it is correct . i did notice 2 acm codes showing up which are B1511:13-0B and B150C:00-0A which do go away when cleared but will come back after a short time while driving .the part number of the orginal and the replacement both have the exact part# ACM is LC3T-18K810-FF also the new 1 has another decal on it from united radio which says USUR1917059 my APIM part# MC3T-14G370-ACA and the DSP behind the seat is part # KL3T-18T806-DA. i have heard a rumor that ford has changed the protocol to make it impossable for FORSCAN to function with anything 2020 and up and only their FDRS programing unit which functions directly with Ford servers can program replacment modules. but i dont know if there is any truth to that . sorry for the long winded explaination i would really appreciate if anyone could offer any input to this problem for me.

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
just DTC codes listed above

Update Method: Official Ford

I can tell you from first hand knoladge this is not true.

Those error codes show an A2B error. It would seem you have either purchased an ACM that does not have an A2B port or the configuration for it is wrong. If the ACM does have the A2B than it might not be plugged in all the way.

The A2B is the little blue connector that looks like a mini-USB or Mini B.

You should have loaded in the AB using ForScan by having it pull directly from or by downloading the AB for your vehicle. https://www.motorcraftservice.com/Asbuilt/

Thanks for taking a look at this problem for me , I can still try that root of down loading the AB from ford thru my forscan . also I have checked every address box in the 727-01-01 thru 727-04-8 line up for the ACM , I even checked it after the write they all match exactly as the AB data. Same with the APIM & the DSP all exactly the same .so my question is would a load all from the ford AB Data base change something I’m missing ?

Thanks for response back , I have checked the A2B connection on the acm and the dsp both are tight and show no signs of corrosion so it must be an program error in the unit I haven’t found or I have a faulty replacement unit . I am going to call united radio in the morning and see if I can talk to a technician about this issue and see what their response is to it .
