Map update MY24 Ford Puma

Hello, I have an 2024 Ford Puma EU, With navigation, model NU5T-14G371-GAF but the maps are F11.
If i go to the Ford website they say that there is an issue with my uploaded Logfile. ( this is so since may this year ). I have contacted the Ford helpdesk, they made a ticket and said the issue will be shortly resolved. that was late may this year! and i don’t think it will ever be resolved.

My question is: Can i update my maps using SYN3updater? F11 —> F13/F14

Hello.
Yes, EU maps are not ESN locked so you can autoinstall them.
It’s a long process, about 3 hours and multiple reboots though, so plan ahead.

Yes, but post the log after the usb is created and I double check.

Odd you have F11 maps is a 2024 vehicle. You should be able to get the maps from Ford still.

Thanks, that looks fine, just autoinstall with MY20 protection active and the device seems fine.

Remember it will take multiple reboots, if you check the autoinstall.lst file on the root you will see it has 3 sections, so 3 reboots (or maybe 2, I do not remember)

yeah i thought so too, but Ford isn’t working with it. When i upload the logfile created through the “official” channel the update is not there or there is a fault in the system/server with Ford. It just does not work the “official” way.

Thank you SaNdMaN, i updatet the maps today, it took nearly 2,5 hours (with 3 reboots).
