Hello everyone. My 2014 escape with sync 3 upgrade is not saying street names (it’s just saying turn right or left in 150 feets?)

In the maps settings menu there is an option to set route guidance prompys to 3 different levels. You need to adjust the setting to what you would like.
Yes it is set to voice + bell option. Tired the voice only option as well but still not pronunciation street names.
What country in you region set for in the APIM ?
Which line would that be on escape?
Fairly sure my sync3 Nav only gives distance to the left or right hand turn by voice as you approach and doesn’t mention the street name however the street name is shown at the top of the map display.
You can set it for voice only or voice + chimes but not to give street names by voice to my knowledge. 
Then that’s kinda backward of sync3 cuz sync2 was giving directions to turn right or left on so street.
Ok, but was sync2 giving the distance to the street turn with voice as well as naming the street?
If not perhaps sync3 thought that it was more beneficial just to convey distances to turns by voice and list the street name on the display and progressive map.
