# Need COMPLETE matching PAM firmware (-BL) for Sync 3 upgrade (S-Max Mk2)

Hello everyone,

I am upgrading my 2016 Ford S-Max Mk2 (CD4 platform) from Sync 2 to Sync 3. Everything works perfectly except Active Park Assist, which immediately cancels.

​My PAM module is currently running the old -BJ firmware (FU5T-15K866-BJ) and I need to flash it to the -BL revision to make it communicate with the Sync 3 screen.

​Could someone please share a tested, matching pair of the -BL firmware files? I need both to be safe:

​Strategy: FU5T-14C090-BL.vbf

​Calibration: FU5T-15K866-BL.vbf

​The official Motorcraft servers are giving me DNS errors, and UCDS downloads are failing. A direct Google Drive or Dropbox link to the .vbf files would be hugely appreciated!
