Not downloading to usb

Any ideas why I keep getting this “Copying (Attempt #3): 1U5T-14G421-BFG_1591727753000.TAR.GZ” whist downloading? Downloading aborts process due to not being able to download the above. TIA

Copying means Copying not Downloading, the file has downloaded but is unable to be copied to the USB drive, my guess is your USB drive is faulty or you are using a USB drive that is too small.
