Not Starting Auto Download

Hello! I have a sync 3.0.23219 build in my 2016 f150. When I go through the Syn3 Updater and upload the files to the usb it seems to work correctly. But when I plug into my vehicle nothing happens. No download begins. Any advice? Thank you for all your efforts on helping folks like me!

Log shows tht u only downloaded files onto local HDD ( usb not selected).

Just use USB as target location and let updater makes all work for u. Dunno know how familiar u are with preparing USB correctly and copyng files onto it. So use updater and use Usb thumb as target location.

In other hand. If USB prepared as it should be then remove any other usb thumbs before insertin update thumb.

Do master reset, before updating. Try another Usb connector(hole).

If still nothing ( but im pretty sure smth must happen) then use universal reformatting tool but b4 read carefully what and how to do. Ps. Did u put all parameters correctly into updater?

Thank you! When I plug in my usb, it does not recognize it when I go to select a usb drive. But I am manually selecting it when I look through the directory. I’m not sure why it wont recognize it automatically, but I do believe I am selecting it manually correctly.

Just use good quality usb thumb or use another usb hole in ur PC. Sumtimes windows doing whatvit wants not what u want.

After you plug in the USB than click the refresh button. It will only recognize the USB if it is there when you start the updater.
