Please provide any further details below
Tried to update using the Syn3 Updater and got as far as insert USB stick. Have tried 3 different USB sticks. Have tried the USB stick in the 2 USB ports. Checked that the USB’s have power by plugging in iPhone. Have also tried disconnecting the battery for 10-15 mins to see if that made any difference.
Is there anything else you can suggest I try?
