Purchased a Sync3 to Sync4 Screen Upgrade. Issue.

Purchased a kit from OEMPlus Upgrades. 2022 F250 6.7. XL. Had thr 4 inch Sync3. Had to give my VIN at purchase. Kit installed fine. Everything works except the source will NOT stay on what I choose. Be it FM, Sirius or Android Auto. Display is fine. Navigation works. Just whatever audio source I choose it briefly changes then reverts to AM.

What makes it odd is sometimes it will change and stay. Then after a few minutes back to AM.

I swapped old system back in. Works fine.

New system in and still reverting to AM when changing source.

Were they unable to help you with the AB? Seems they got it wrong and it needs to be adjusted.

I reached out. Was advised they have sold 1000s with no problem but will investigate tomorrow. I did find similar threads here with same problem. A mismatch handshake between APIM and ACM seems likely.

Will pull values tomorrow.
