This also explains why the update took like 5 minutes… i was fully expecting like 20-30 minutes
re-download in process, and install in a little bit

It also may be related to external issues with Ford’s servers, but that’s not likely because we should had seen more reports…
I deleted all cache / cookies / history and restarted modem, worked / downloaded. now for install
Everything works, as it should, except i need to replace the USB port. Thanks for the guidance on fixing this. should’ve done this years ago
