Red Screen Error Updating Software/Maps .Tar.Gz

Hi all,
Never had an issue using the updater to update maps or software in the past but yesterday when I tried to update from 3.4.21265 to 3.4.22110 and from map F10 to F11 the update process failed with the following error:
Error in 4U5T-14G422-BAG_1644245686000.TAR.GZ
Now whenever my unit comes on it asks for a flash drive, goes through a lengthy install process of extracting apps, maps, voice, nav voice then fails at the end with the above error message on a red screen.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Sorry used the wrong log file, that’s the right one.

After the update to 3.4.22110 failed I tried to set it to go back to the previous software/map and neither worked.

So the first thing to ask is what size is your APIM is it actually EU and navigation aka 64gb if not this won’t fit.

I bought my APIM on Aliexpress so not 100% sure what size it is as it wasn’t advertised. The previous update fitted just fine though 3.4.21625 and the full F10 map I believe. Will try just adding the UK map using the cut down package generator to see if that works.

I suspect you have a 32GB APIM you can run the interrogator utility once back up and running to see

I think you might be right it updated successfully with the UK only maps. Do you recommend a master reset when it reboots?

Update seems to have deleted my radio station logos

You can load the radio logos seperately thru the Syn3 Updater.

Thank you, after a master reset everything started working as intended. I want to say my unit is the American version with the limited storage space so with the UK only map installed all is working well!
