In addition, I downgraded 22251 to 3.3 then upgraded to 3.4.22183 and now some preset art on siriusXM are missing. Most show but some just show CNN or Fox Business without art.
Any ideas on what to do? do a factory reset or soft reboot?

I never replied to this as i am not NA, does any one from NA know any reasons for this?
It depends on the unit that’s in the car. I currently have a “non-x40” ACM in my car and the downloads of art never seem to happen right. Channels have the wrong icons, some don’t have icons at all, some have ancient icons that don’t reflect the most current channel art.
I also have an “X40” ACM, and despite not currently using it due to other issues I’ve not been able to nail down, everything sat-radio related seems to work without issue, including the channel logos after some time to download.
Basically, SiriusXM has two different satellite delivery methods from their past as two separate companies. One of them, the one that “non-x40” radios use, seems to basically be on life support. They don’t want to kill it because of all the cars that still have it built in (Ford was really bad about this) but it doesn’t get newer channels in the 300s, every time there’s a channel map update you lose audio until it’s done, etc, etc.
