Used the Windows auto loader and successfully copied update for NA to my usb drive.
Stuck with error at about the 10 min mark.
Now wants me to insert usb drive and won’t get off that screen.
Can I download and install another version , revert to the original Ford version, or am I screwed?

List version you coming from and version going to!
likely simply a bad download, repeat the process and once done insert the usb in the car again. you may need to turn ignition off, open door for it to reset or you may need to hold FWD SKIP + Power for ~7 seconds to force a reboot.
