Stuck upgrading

Hi everybody.

Recently I was trying to update from 3.0.20204 yo te latest 3.4.21265.
First of all, inserted the USB drive and apparently the process started well. However, when the installation process got to “extracting gracenotes package” it restarted and now is in a bootloop, restarts to "repartitioning eMMC/ extracting apps package/ voice package/ graacenotes package. After that the upgrading interrupts and restart again, again and again.

Is an APIM no nav, region US, Canada and Mexico.

What do you mean by that? How does it interrupt? Do you see any error? What’s the time when this happens?

Also, from the logs it shows you are not using a quality & branded USB thumb drive, but some generic possible disk. Try again with a quality USB thumb drive.

It’s a UDisk, not USB drive…

UDISK is the technical term for a disk hard drive which connects to the host via a USB cable. With magnetic hard drive platters spinning inside an enclosure, UDISKs have a bridge chip regulating the way the drive mounts to an operating system. This chip changes the hard from from IDE protocols, to USB protocols.

By the way… UDisks use power saving, so you can probably guess what is happening here…
