Hi,

firstly, apologize if this was somewhere answered already, but did not had a luck to find it.

I am just wondering if I can update from Sync 3.0 to latest, with update of maps F9 to F10 as well? I saw some discussions under “Windows automated method” topic, where one of the users claimed that you can not do that.
I am afraid of doing anything wrong, have my USB prepared as log above, but had no “guts” to plug it in once I am not sure about the maps.

Not sure what issues you read, but you should be ok. Only issue is if your car is MY20 or later, or if you have had your APIM or screen replaced by a MY20 or later part. Since you are on 3.0, that does not seem to be the case.

Everything went pretty well, about 51min to complete. Seems the ony problem is, that side parking sensors are not active (only front and back).
For this I beleive I have to use Forscan, right?

If they worked before on Sync 3.0 then they should work now. Have you performed a master reset on the APIM?

If they still don’t work after the reset, post your APIM asbuilt.

Ye, they worked. Now there are only front and back lines and only one line per each side in shadow (let’s say). Master reset was done right after update.

Not sure where to get the correct version.
If I can use Bezel Diagnostics / APIM PNs for that, as I see similar characters I saw here in forum, see below:
