hello I had a sync 3.0 with navigator, I installed 3.4 20196 but I have not installed the maps and now the navigator does not work, how can I make and make the maps work? ---

Reinstall with maps. You have a 2018 Fiesta, I assume it has Sync 3. Use Syn3 Updater and use the downgrade option and reformat to install the maps and app. ---
