Sync 3.4 issues

i have a couple sound problems . one, i get no audio on my nav, ive tried turning volume up when nav gives instructions but nothing happens. secondly my treble/ mid / bass are at max and when i try to adjust they immediately revert back to max, same goes for balance and fade. i believe it to be an asbuilt problem as i upgraded from sync2… eu/uk mondeo, sat nav, with climate no heated seats or wheel, no parking sensors or cameras. dab fitted. right hand drive, celcius and miles. thanks

Go look for cars for sale and find a 2016 or 2017 like yours, similarly equipped, and get the VIN. Once you have that go to https://www.motorcraftservice.com/Home/SetCountry?returnUrl=%2FHome%2FIndex and enter you country, then go to https://www.motorcraftservice.com/asbuilt and enter the VIN and get the asbuilt for that vehicle. Copy this asbuilt into the APIM, with the correct country codes, etc., specific to you.
