Sync 3.4 new version cannot be installed

Some time ago I went from version 3.3 to 3.4 through a download that you had and now when trying to renew the most updated version, due to a issue of errors that have been coming out in the SYNC 3, when I put the USB the car detects it but gives me an error and does not continue with the installation.‎

SYNC Region: Europe

Navigation Variant: Yes

Old SYNC Version: 3.4

New SYNC Version: 3.4

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
