Sync 3.4 USB HUBS not supported on 2016 mustang

I upgaded Sync 3.0 to 3.4. Is it posible to make downgrade to version what doesn’t support HUB USB?
I can’t find in polisch market any USB port what i can use to solve this problem.

I’m really not sure, you could easily try downgrading to 3.3 to see if that changes something, but I’m not sure to be honest. IF there’s a version that “solves” it, maybe it’s 3.3.

But in today’s world, if you can’t find the part locally, then you could order one globally.

Any Sync version past 3.2 will have the message.
