Please describe in detail your issue below

I updated with CI to the latest build 3.4.21020 without Grecanotes and afterwards F10 maps without nav voice files. The i installed the gracenotes file and everything went fine. Afterwards I tried to install the nav voice files that i left out and i have mem error. The log if i understand it correct has 12g free and nav voice files are about 8g. Is ther something i miss? I also attach the APIM IVSU version screen. All files are these nothing more if you scrolled down.

Try this…or do the same thru the Syn3 Updater.

Make a usb formatted EXFAT with the following:
autoinstall.lst file below.
DONTINDX.MSA file (Optional)
SyncMyRide folder:
In the folder, place the file listed below:
4U5T-14G422-BAF 2.3Gb Sync3 v3.2.20339 EU
4U5T-14G422-BBF 2.2Gb Sync3 v3.2.20339 EU
4U5T-14G422-BCF 1.6Gb Sync3 v3.2.20339 EU
4U5T-14G422-BDF 2.0Gb Sync3 v3.2.20339 EU

autoinstall.lst (501 Bytes)

Make sure the names match.

Run in vehicle. It might be a good idea to perform a master reset first.

I think the stick i have created with CI already has this structure.
sync

[SYNCGen3.0_ALL_PRODUCT]
Item1 = VOICE_NAV - 4U5T-14G422-BDF_1615431510000.TAR.GZ
Open1 = SyncMyRide\4U5T-14G422-BDF_1615431510000.TAR.GZ
Item2 = VOICE_NAV - 4U5T-14G422-BCF_1615431448000.TAR.GZ
Open2 = SyncMyRide\4U5T-14G422-BCF_1615431448000.TAR.GZ
Item3 = VOICE_NAV - 4U5T-14G422-BBF_1615431222000.TAR.GZ
Open3 = SyncMyRide\4U5T-14G422-BBF_1615431222000.TAR.GZ
Item4 = VOICE_NAV - 4U5T-14G422-BAF_1615431156000.TAR.GZ
Open4 = SyncMyRide\4U5T-14G422-BAF_1615431156000.TAR.GZ
Options = AutoInstall

I will try a master reset to see if it will help

I also made a search for updates in Ford Site and it gives a new map update of 20g with all these files

I understand that the 4U5T are the voice files that i miss.
What are all these 1U5T files as long as i already have 1U5T-14G21 installed
And what are the files in the bottom

Search them here SYNC 3 APIM Software (IVSU) Database - CyanLabs

Do this:
Perform a master reset.
Turn off the vehicle and lock it, let it sit 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, make your usb with the script above and the files in the SyncMyRide folder.
Start the vehicle, let Sync settle for 2 minutes before doing anything.
DO NOT connect any phones.
Insert the USB, let the files install.
Remove the USB when Sync says to do so.
Reboot the unit by shutting off the vehicle, open the door.
Wait 1 minute, start vehicle and check the installation.
Add phones, etc.

Just seen today that Ford released “new” nav voice files over here. But they’re F9 files.

Tried installing it into my car and got a MEM_ERR01. Says on here thats: ```
MEM_ERR01 – Error is MEM_NOSPACE_TO_COPY

Was using a 32gb usb drive. All files downloaded to drive ok but cant upload to the car.
Any thoughts?

@Kostas_Kalathas

Were your issues resolved?

It needs time to do the whole process and install the maps (in order to avoid the risk of interrupting again the installation) that i did not had in previous days. I just tried to do a master reset and then insert the usb with the files and the script and i continue to have memerror 1. I run again an interogation script and i still have 12gb free. I will probably try this weekend the whole process to see if it will work.

I decided to make a test and downloaded from Ford site the F10 maps and followed the process of Ford. The size of the update was 20.8gb. I do not know why but the update worked properly without errors and finished after almost 2 and half hours. I do not know why I did not have any luck with 8gb update and successfully updated with 22gb update. The file list was the one in post 5 and the script was 1st the 1u5t files then the 4u5t files and last the rest 2.

I don’t believe it’s possible to install part of maps seperately, this is why the Ford install worked as you reinstalled the entire maps package.

The thing is that I installed separately the map files except the voice ones and it worked. Maybe for a technical reason that i do not understand you can not install separately the voice files.

Sorry when i said “Maps seperately” i meant “Maps/Voice” as in the “Maps Package” as a whole.

Yeah my testing while trying to make MY20 autoinstalls better in Syn3 Updater has come to the same conclusion, voice needs to have maps installed before it seems.
