More and more often my 2018 Ford Explorer touch screen will not boot up. I was told this was because the software needed updated. When trying to update software it gives a INSTL_ERR12 fault. Maybe the APIM module is bad? Is there anything else I can try before replacing the module? Anyone every have any luck resolving this issue without replacing the APIM?
