I recently upgraded my 2017 mustang pp1 to sync 3. Everything worked perfectly in had to do the start button fix where you bypass the harness. BUT my radio works just fine but when I use android auto or bluetooth the driver door speaker doesn’t do anything. Any help would be appreciated

All of the sound comes from the ACM. Your APIM takes the Bluetooth data and moves it to the ACM. I would bet you have bad ACM AB settings.

The ACM AB has to match what’s in the APIM AB.
Odds are the config of the new APIM is quite right.
