I have a 2023 Ford Edge and my sync 4 system keeps rebooting randomly while I am driving. I thought the APIM was the issue so I bought a used one same part no. with lesser miles and installed in mine but the problem still happened once after i did the isntall. Did all master reset and also got it checked at ford dealership they said there’s nothing wrong since it didn’t happen while I was there. Please any help is greatly appreciated.

I see, i was just curious if i get a sync 4 module out of another ford edge that does not have this problem. do you think it will solve this issue? in theory it should though? right?
It just depends on the software version, but as far as I know this is persistent thru several versions.
