Trying to upgrade to 3.4.21265

I created a USB flash drive for upgrade from my current Sync version 3.4.20196 to 3.4.21265.
The upgrade finishes but when I go to check the build version on the screen it still shows Build 21096_PRODUCT.
Not sure if the s/w got updated or not. Please let me know!

SYNC Region: Rest Of World

Navigation Variant: No

Install Type: Original OEM / Stock

Old SYNC Version: 3.0.25306

New SYNC Version: 3.4.21906

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
No errors

Most of the data you provided in your 1st post is contradictory.
Helping you with that information alone is luck based.
Also, update Syn3updater since you seem to be running an “ancient” version…
