Update from 3.4.21184 to 3.4.23188

I have Sync 3.4.21184 installed. When trying to update to 3.4.23188 with My20 protection on, i get an error message when importing the XML file.
Can i switch of My20 protection without having problems?

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
When I put the USB Stick into the car it generates ans XML File. Sync3 updater say it can not regocnize APIM Version. My car is a Ford Kuga (2019), first Vehicle registration in september 2022.

Is it a 2022 Kuga actually but the 2019 version?

Don’t do it until you have verified the APIM is not MY20+. Run the Interrogator Utility and post the XML file here. It will indicate the APIM model and eMMC version.
