Hi guys, i have a ford cmax registred on 2017, my current sync version is 3.0.20204, i tried update to 3.4.22251 trought Syn3 Updater application, (see attached log) but i received error message INSTL_ERR01. could you help me please? thanks Pasquale

hi, i updated sync 3 version . during download preparing i didn’t check nav modules so now navigator dosen’t work. I have to reset sync 3, and repeat installation including navigotion modules?
other thing , i can’t enable mobile apps without usb . why?

The instructions they give are comprehensive for a reason, to stop you blindly entering wrong information and potentially bricking your car.

Read the instructions, Do a master reset, enter the correct information in the updater then do it all again.

Yes. A master reset isn’t gonna downgrade, as you have fucked up you’ll need to do a downgrade install to reinstall with maps
